New Shipping Rates effective January 2, 2013

Christmas has been celebrated and it's time to start looking forward to the new year.  Part of that new year for Shelf Reliance includes new shipping rates.  The rates below go into effect on January 2nd.  Orders placed before then will use the current shipping rates.
